A romantic evening between lovers or a convivial moment for friends conjugate there perfectly.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"Amatic pb1\">Our team<\/h1>\n<p><strong>In the kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The owner-chef <strong>Michael Audet-Lapar\u00e9<\/strong> is illustrated in many restaurants (Chez Victoire, Le Quartier General, Laurie-Rapha\u00ebl, Grenadine) before investing in command of Le P\u00e9gase. Assisted <strong>by Tyler Baker formaly of Chasse et P\u00eache<\/strong>, he applies, every day, to work fine seasonal ingredients on the well-kept cooking and to express his taste for the culinary innovation and the marriages of flavors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the dining-room<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Damien Haennel<\/strong>, associated owner, orchestrates the service and its rhythm with a lightness tinged with twenty years of experience in catering.
